Eligible returns may be started within 14 days after delivery. Contact the concierge before sending an item back so the return can be authorized and tracked.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Original packaging, accessories, and included documentation are required.
- Engraved, personalized, resized, or otherwise altered pieces are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
- A complimentary return label is provided for an approved eligible return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damage or order error
If an item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
